Course Description

Learn the Secrets of Gait: Assess,
Optimize,and Empower Your Clients' Movement

Did you know that foot and ankle pain is more common than hip and back pain? Foot or ankle issues can really limit all your daily activities involving standing and walking. This workshop is all about teaching you how to assess and improve foot and ankle mechanics.

You will learn the connections between the foot, ankle, knee, and hip, how to adopt effective techniques to release tension and re-train control over the foot and ankle. The goal is to improve ankle joint range of motion, foot stability, and overall foot function.

The course will emphasize hands-on practical corrective techniques and skills, how to customize corrective exercise programs for your clients to improve their conditions. This skill-building approach allows you to apply immediately to help your clients with correction, optimizing foot function, and reducing the risk of injury during sports or daily activities.
