The purpose of this training is to enhance functional capability, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries.

- Learn three quick screening tests to identify high-risk pain and prioritize referrals to specialists
- Understand five major muscle imbalances affecting the shoulders, knees/hips, and lower back that can lead to injuries or chronic issues for clients
- Utilize practical techniques with Posture Pro and Rehab Dowel to release fascial tightness, muscle trigger points, and movement restrictions
- Re-train incorrect movements using Theratubing and Rehab Dowel, teaching activation techniques for major muscle imbalances
- Learn effective cues for five inhibited muscles/movement patterns
