Foot and Gait is a one-day, hands-on workshop designed to help fitness professionals assess, correct, and retrain foot and ankle mechanics. The course covers practical strategies for addressing common foot and ankle pain, which is more prevalent than hip or back pain and can severely limit daily activities. Participants will learn how to assess, release, and retrain the foot and ankle, and gain practical solutions to improve foot function and overall movement quality.
