Hyperblade Fundamentals & Myofascial Decompression
Hyperblade Fundamentals is a hands-on workshop introducing a new rehabilitation method—Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM)—using the Hyperblade tool. The course teaches immediate and effective techniques to restore and improve mobility, combining Hyperblade with active movement for rapid recovery. It’s an alternative to foam rolling, trigger point therapy, and stretching, designed for both warm-up and post-exercise recovery.
Myofascial Decompression is a science-based approach that combines manual therapy and exercise to restore mobility and reduce muscle tightness by addressing soft tissue dysfunction and fascial restrictions. Unlike traditional cupping, this method uses lifting and decompression—rather than compression—to free adhesions, promote blood flow, and release trigger points, especially in the neck and shoulders. The course emphasizes hands-on practice, integrating both passive and active client movement with myofascial decompression cups.
